Leadership Challenge

Up until this point the author of this page has found it very difficult to find useful information on the internet. The Events that are going to be described in this discourse are real. They took place on a military installation in Kirch-Goens, Germany from 1992-1993. At first glance the incidents may appear to be random acts. However, the author does believe that these acts in fact present a pattern. A pattern of manipulation and deceit that will involve not just one country but two and will also cover about ten years.
For convience the events that took place shall be referred to as the Leadership Skills Evaluation. And as the reader shall soon see, it has everything to do with leadership.
The Leadership Skills Evaluation consisted of three tests. The first test is referred to as Shooter. It involved telling the subject where to find a firearm. A few days latter, the unit psycho pulled a knife on the subject and claimed he wanted to talk. The room was under surveillance but when the incident was reported to the authorities, they ignored the incident.
The second test is referred to as the Little Hands Program. This consisted of having little kids trying to insert their hands into the subject's pocket and rubbing themselves on the subject's leg in a most peculiar way. Then the subject is encouraged to take the kid to the pool.
The final test in the series is called Schlage - the German word for hit. It took place in a bar. After exposing the subject to a couple months of tests, they decided to see if late nights, alcohol, stress, jealousy and missed meals would cause a violent act to be committed against a woman. The woman,a barchick, tried first to set the subject up on a drug charge. That effort failed. Then she tried to provoke the subject. These events were also reported to but ignored by the authorities. An interesting thing happened though to the unit psycho. Shortly before the subject was to leave, somebody beat him. It was like a donut had been superglued to his mouth. Another outstanding day for the leadership at Kirch-goens.

Now some might be saying that this is just a isolated case of overzealous military base security. Well it just so happens that a similar pattern of events occured in Massachusetts, about ten years earlier when the subject was in high school.
The subject had just moved from California to Amherst, Massachusetts. The first test in this case can also be called Shooter. In this case though drugs are used. Notice the preparation involved before the introduction of the drugs. In response to family pressure, the student experiences a grade point drop during his junior year from a 3.7 to a 2.2. Family informs student that drugs are responsible and decides to have an expert prey for the student. Student moves out of house at the end of the year. At the start of the school year the subject finds two roommates and place in the next town. A school administrator states that subject can either move back home or go to different school. Student decides to find work and save money for college. Within two months , roomate brings home a copious amount of drugs. It should be noted that even though the subject did not sell any drugs and had moved to another town, that some group maintained surveillence of the new apartment for over a year.
The second test involved was a variation of the Little Hands Program. It involves a distressed couple, who would like to work on their marrage. However, they need someone to babysit their precious little two year old. For some reason, the neighbors in their duplex are unavailable. The subject babysits. However the marrige still fails.
The last test in this series was also a version of the Schlage test. It involved having the subject drive a female worker home. While this is probably the weekest link in this series, the author does believe the the circumstances surrounding the request were contrived. The desired result was to create an incident that would get the subject terminated. It was

Upon leaving the military, the subject returned to college. Despite getting above a 3.0 GPA, the financial aid director sent the subject a letter stating that the subject was no longer eligable for financial aid.
